reopened case per received complaint from neighbor doing work again in bonus room above detached garage. The detached garage is behind main dwelling unit across from alleyway. Building permit Bld15-03703 for detached garage/bonus room above was finaled 5/2016. May need remodel permit to do additional work to bonus room beyond original scope. (per neighbor converting to apartment)// talked with the owner,, she said that they have been doing some construction type work,, for other properties that she owns,, cabinet work etc. but not for this structure
