Noted that Interior walls are under 10ft., 2x6 exterior wall construction with engineered trusses, 4x12 roof pitch. Structure appeared to be in good condition. Will require footing, stemwalls and interior slab on grade. Elec wiring will need to be upgraded if chosen to run elec. to bldg.
