Permit and SWPPP Posted Next to Construction Entrance and Concrete Washout. Most perimeter controls are installed. Waiting for adjacent Canyon Crest Homes to get his lot surveyed so conctractor can finish installing BMP's. Construction is anticipated to begin next monday. Approved to begin construction

Contacted Ken Skaggs via cell to disclose the internal streets and sidewalks need a good sweeping. He stated they will do so. All drainage stays on site via seepage beds. Will follow up at next inspection
