Up date related to the meeting with Ron Thurber, gs, carl dependahl. Originally this building was to complete the installation of a sprinkler system and basement finish, The contractor doing the job and the owner were in a court dispute legal action was in progress. We gave a temp based on life safety and were working with owner to keep establishment open until litigation was completed and we could finish work in basement. The litigation is now completed and the owner has hired Ron Thurber to develope plan for completion. Once approved we could issue C/o on main areas and carry basement as a separate issue of remodel. This has been a long time comming to resolve but seemed in the best interest to work with courts decrees.At no time was life safety an issue.
