Met with Wetlands Rep (Sam) and Brighton, (J. Walker) and Boise Parks (K. Burrows) and misc others including inspector 460. Inquired about Wellings clarity, (Jay will have samples taken from west side holding area and compare with benchmark numbers). SGW asked for clarification regarding approval to dam up water in Wellings withing the floodway, Jay said that the 404 allowed this activity. Also provide a status report on the construction project (dewatering) north of the park, water will be diverted to the east of the park so very little if any construction related water should be released into Welling or other areas of the park. Exhorted parties to complete BMP (turbidity curtain) at southwest side of the new Wellings (prior to the discharge point) and that the new turbidity curtain will need to be in place prior to discharge of Wellings into the river.

Will follow up.
