I spoke with Joe Hudson 623-412-899 or ###-#### on Friday 4/18/2003 and told him that not all of the conditions of the sprinkler demo permit had been met. These items are the smoke detector at the entrance is hanging down at the original ceiling level wrapped in plastic and no has provided verification that the smoke control system is operational. The demo permit paper work was not available at the project site. I told Joe that if items had not been taken care of by monday I would need to red tag the project.
