Completed hydrostatic testing for both buildings floors 1, 2 and 3. Hydro at the north building 2nd floor failed due to pressure loss at the guage and visible leakage in unit 201. Also noted visible leakage at both buidling riser backflow manifolds- N. bldg upstream of the DCVA , S. bld at the #2 DCVA shutoff. Remainder of floor levels passed OH hydro.
