	Discuss Dirt Hauling Complaints: Cover Dump Trucks Hauling Dirt out of site Discussed with Olivia, and both site supervisors plus Luke Roberts with ACHD to discuss covering the haul trucks. All trucks that DO have covers, have been covering their loads, and I visually watched 6 trucks covering up their loads onsite prior to exiting the site. I encouraged the group, for those haul trucks w/out covers, to load them lighter, to keep the amount of possible sediment exiting the haul truck. The soils they are hauling are very moist, by watering down with water truck prior to excavating out into the trucks. No ESC issues. Will continue to monitor
