Water heater installed by unlicensed and no permit. Mark Larson was given a correction notice and I called property manager, Donna Jenkins, at ###-#### and discussed the requirements of work being done at site. She informed me it was the owner of the property who had hired the unlicensed person to install W/H.......Copy of correction notice given to Lee with contact info on it............ds
