Correction Notice: (Given to RP)
1. CLean up all sediment and debris off of all hard surfaces.
2. Place external protection as secondary protection or the storm drain.
3. Place all trash debris into a container or the containerized trailer that is provided.
Will re-inspect on 4/26/10AM.

Prior to the footing pour date, must provide an external washout. Will be contqacted by the RP to verify the implementation of the washout. Will re-inspect on 5/3/10am

Correction Notice:
1. Add additional material or High visability construction fence with T-post an both end of the new Barber Rd.
2. Install the rolled erosion control blanket within the storm water channel in the whole channel per the manufactures specifications. Also provide the city with the specifiactions to verify.
3. Provide the proper info regarding the RP on the ESC sign.
* Failure to comply will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 4/26/10AM.

Verbal to roth RP's:
Clean up all tracking and recommend a roughening of the stabilized construction access. ALso include Adam Lyman into the city system for the RP since he is listed on the ESC sign. Willl follow up of correction on 4/23/10PM.
