Irrigation ditch runs thru middle of property and has not been stabilized; water is currently running. Called RP listed on sign (Steve) to discuss agreement with canal company and City requirement to stabilize any water conveyance channel prior to running water thru it. Steve will call me back with the information. Later discovered the RP listed on the sign does not match the RP listed with the permit. Called Chris Beitia: Site shall implement ESC measures as required by canal company and update City ESC sign contact information. Chris RP cert is expired and must be updated. Chris to contact new RP and update permit and will call owner to confirm canal requirements are being met.
