Lusk Place (Vista East) construction is ongoing. Lusk Street is being used for employee parking weekdays and periodically swept on weekends. Requested that streets be swept this weekend.
The newly installed culvert drain area has been sodded over. Hillside banks were hydroseeded/tacified. No sediment runoff from area in Anniversary Inn parking lot.
No violations, spills, or discharges observed. Approved.

Noticed spill of powder material on Dale Street.
RP-project supervisor Carl with ESI informed me it was from gypcrete for the bathrooms. One of the bags leaked and has been difficult to clean. Most of the loose material has been swept, but pavement is stained.
Area will be continued to be swept and cleaned to prevent being carried off by stormwater.
Will check back. Verbal correction requested to Carl - site has been in good standing throughout project.

Fix damaged fiber mat inlet protection (correction issued to Syman Co.) in DH#12
Will need to stabilize area to control dust within 2 weeks of inactivity.
