Reference your phone call to Boise City. An ESC permit was issued on this address 2/9/07. The permit is still active, as final site stabilization on back side of property has not been completed. There is still a potential for soil from this uncompleted work to move into Crane Creek below your property.

Until landscaping, etc. has been completed on back of property, this permit will remain active.

Left CN with Mr. Klein, site manager. Excessive track out from construction site entrance on S. Findley. Directed contractor to sweep and clean gutters and sidewalk on both sides of Findley, build a construction site entrance of material meeting BMP specifications for a construction site entrance on S. Findley and on entrance off of Federal Way. Work to be completed by close of business today or a stop work order will be issued.
