Silt fence BMP was removed to complete some grading acitivity.
Checked with homeowner/ESC contact to check on status of steep disturbed banks on west house and behind home. She informed me that tomorrow a large boulder retaining wall is being installed in area of concern. Then next week the area shall be hydroseeded to start process of landscaping.
Requested that if hydroseeding/stabilization is delayed that the silt fence or alternative sediment control BMP be installed at toe of slope and EoP.

Site walk through. No sediment runoff areas around perimeter, some minor trackout at east exit.
Fugitive dust not an issue at time of inspection. Water truck on site if necessary.
Observed uncontained concrete washout area south of fire station. RP Jon stated a container should be being utilized instead. I did not see the container at that time.
Correction notice:
1. Clean up concrete slurry.
2. Clearly identify and train concrete workers to washout in designated contained washout (as prescribed in the site's SWPPP)
