OK for Temp Occ. C/N....Problem with groundwater at restrooms under slab concrete allowing the concrete to stay damp. Need time to dry out befor installing vinyl. OK for Perm Occ. when vinyl installed in restrooms.

They have installed all the smoke detectors and the home inspector is sending a letter to certify that he inspected all the GFCI''s and that they are installed where needed. Key is under mat at front door, please use to inspect,lock door and leave key on counter in house when leave, per Kim, the homeowner. Thank you!
