Exit signs and EM lighting at three locations are not functional, fire extinguishers have been serviced but need to be mounted on the wall when painting is completed including the 1st and 2nd levels, electrical junction boxes at various locations are uncovered, floor plan provided does not match actual layout, a racking permit will be required for storage over 8' - racking moved into the warehouse may not be used prior to approval. See items circled or underlined on permit documents for issues discussed.

Monitor module for alarm condition tie-in at the existing parking garage panel tested okay per condition of agreement letter, smoke alarm retested okay at unit 901, new plan sheets with field modifications verified for changes at the basement and 1st floors, portions of fire alarm work not completed per the scope of this permit yet shown on stamped drawings are to be done under FIR08-00754 (existing parking structure notification devices, FS and FP monitoring, FJ, and east and west elevator control functions), NFPA 72 completion report recieved. NOTE: Contractor to provide revised 18th floor plan for field device location changes, faxed copy of supervising station signals report, NFPA 72 record of inspection and testing per review note #4, and current map at the panel when FIR08-00754 work is finished.
