Permit posted on a tree in the back NW corner of the lot. Constuction entrance is needed. Silt Fence along the west side of lot needs to be re-installed. it appears vandalism had occured. Christy stated she will get these corrections made.
Approved to begin construction, per our discussion and agreement for these corrections to be made asap.
