Responded to a request for permanent service inspection. Performed permit search which produced no additional information on permits of planning and zoning approvals. Called Andy Long to see if an ESC permit is required. He emailed Bob Archibald and Cody Riddle who both responded with planning and zoning approval and building permits are required.
Posted stop work order.
