	Verbal to RP: In the north east section of the project aarea along the perimeter BMP controls, a large of sediment deposit is collected behind the sediment barrier. It does exceed of 50% capacity. Need to maintain the sediment barrier at that section. Also informed the RP to contact the city erosion control department prior to any dewatering actvities small or large. Will re-nspect on 4/27/2011AM.
