The lobby area was inspected today and is approved except for one smoke detector in the administration area which needs to be relocated from a supply register. (The following was entered by Mike Timmerman) The remaining Out Buildings - Dining and Class Room have not been completed. This fire alarm work is required to be completed before this permit can be finaled.

Trip Test and Forward Flow passed. Several dry pendants need straightened and the missing canopies replaced. Also missing is the ball drip, data sheets for the general air compressor, the switch for the air compressor blanked off, pressure relief valve installed and other misc. items as marked in red ink on the approval notes. The fire alarm interconnection has not been tested yet either.

3rd and 2nd floor piping can be covered. The ground floor piping can not. The sprinkler issues on the ground floor include: the pendant head in the master bath is not providing adequate coverage for the shower area. There is shadowing and the pendant measures 11'-8" off of the far wall in the shower, the sidewall head in the garage is overspaced off of the west wall. This entire wall is a separation of the living space from the garage. It measures 8'-7" off the wall and is not an extended coverage head. The pendant in the mechanical room is going to be blocked by duct work.

Dry pipe system for the north wing has been inspected and passed for the most part. The areas of concern are: one sprinkler upright has been added in the remote area at the very north end which will require resubmittals and there is inadequate coverage above the elevator shaft.
