Nail off all simpson hangars, Nail T22 girder trus on opposite face and provide the additional cluster nailing as per truss engineering, seal all penetrations in OSB on open web floor joist for draft stop, Install all MST 48 floor to floor straps on exterior as shown on sheet A4, install the simpson DTT2 with 1/2" diameter all thread in 2 places at deck to interior floor joist with blocking for lateral. Correction notice posted. ok to insulate.
