HC Company to begin construction on new outdoor gym at Camel's Back Park. Area of disturbance is lined with construction fencing. Grass will not be disturbed for wattle installation, preservation of exisitng vegetation will be main BMP. DI on 13th and parking has been installed with filter bags as well as parking.

Cement work will be on Friday. Contractor to provide washout container (stationed in parking lot) as part of their contract. Permit posted on tree by project area.

Terraces site perimeter recently swept by ACHD trucks. Warm Springs, Council Springs, and Lysted are in good condition.

East site exit is being preped for paving. Recieving inlets have DI filter bags installed. Silt fence along southern project boundary has silt fence installed and should remain so until bank behind condos is stabilized and irrigation isn't causing rills.

No dust issues observed or complaints received. No spills or trackout

Verbal correction request to Knife River RP to replace all damaged fiber inlet covers around that would receive runoff from streets surrounding #13.

Note - inlet fiber mats on DHE #12 are also damaged or absent completely. SFHs are now in progress in this area so working to have builders (Tahoe and Hunter) and developer have the inlets installed with sediment protection that won't be damaged construction traffic or sweepers

Subcontractor or employee of Tahoe site drove on overwatered grassy medium. Destroyed the grass and suck nearly a foot into mud. Drove away from site tracking mudclods (now being smashed by traffic) on Brookridge to Wolf Tree.

Called RP for Tahoe. He will have cleaned up and hold the mud tracker accountable.

CN: hard shovel mud clods and have street swept.

All Triplett townhome parcels are either occupied or vetical construction in progress. Subdivision BMPs installed, including wattles at the toe of slope along back of occupied homes.

No discharges, trackout, or other violations. There is several townhomes in center section that will be ready for final this week as they are being landscaped and cleaned.

Re-vegetation of data center grounds is still in progress. Grass is not growing on all locations, but the soil is secure with tacifier/hydroseed mix. No offisite discharges or issues. Will continue to monitor.
