Plans need to be resubmitted showing the wall layout changes which will require additional notification device/devices. Several smoke and heat detectors were located less than 3' from supply registers. One strobe on the second level was not set at the correct candella and was corrected while on site. Voltage drops were verified for both of the notification circuits and both circuits checked out ok. The Netcon was verified at a 5 multiple times. All other notication device locations are approved except as noted above due to wall changes.

All items are ok except that the two remote test switches have apparently been left above the ceiling. Once their installation has been verified this permit can be finaled.
