Spoke with Contractor and Owner on site. Must Bond for temporary as landscaping is not totally complete. Must take out all river rock and replace it with bark. Need to finish the trash enclosure by adding gate, must put in CMU Wall at the north property line along with all plantings and still have some sode to la between the building and the menu boards. Bond is in place (BND07-00051).
