Certified receipt returned. Skip Anderson contacted me regarding the notice he is owner of company and property. Skip informed me that legal action had begun prior to issuance of letter by renter seeking reinbursment for remodeling renter had performed. Skip also informed me that permits and corrections will be made when legal action is completed and he would keep me updated as to status.
