Crash bar at front door needs to be repaired or replaced. New fire alarm panel installed without a permit being pulled.The original panel was an EST1 the new panel is an EST fire shield, the batterys in The panel are also the wrong size. Door will not close correctly. installing contractor was State fire sales and service of UTAH. This permit will not be finaled until a fire alarm permit has been issued and finaled and crash bar at front door has been corrected. The Owner has been notified of these issues.KR
