through out the day pumping has occured and the turbid water has been flowing into the grass area of the park. But through the duration of the day the water has migrated back to the river. Since the sediment dis not has a sufficent amount of time to drop and settle with the grassy area, it had reached the river at a further point and was discharging turbid water. Steve Webb instructed the company to shut the pumps off and to re stratigize to figure out a method that will not dischage turbid water into the Boise river.

Discussed with RP over what he needs to provide on his project(trash container, and a washout pit due to brick work will be occuring). And went over the stadards that they must comply by.
