WIP on all 22 four-plexes at Cantabria. Foundation work complete and lined washout was used on site. Silt fence sediment control installed along the canal and in good condion. No trackout, no discharges. Trash is contained. MS4 on Overland and Cloverdale have inlet protection.

Inspections will continue at least 1x per 2 weeks till completion; NOTE: closed permits (ESC13-01330 to ESC13-01333) to reduce inspection frequency.

Townhome construction in progress. First 7 foundations have been poured, a lined cement washout was properly used.

RP/GC Gary onsite. Once foundation work is complete on east side, they will move washout to SE corner in order to start on west side. Each townhome has seperate permit between (ESC15-00266 to 284)

No dust, trackout, or uncontained trash or materials. Very clean site, inlet protection is installed. Approved.
