Exit discharge lights do not function on alternate power supply, missing exit signs at outside enclosures as indicated on plans, door hardware at one location on the 1st floor is incorrect, need to add exit signs at some locations on the 1st floor as discussed, provide signage at the FACP and fire riser room doors, missing ceiling tile in the storage rooms for proper operation of the fire sprinklers, provide cover and key for knox box.
