Gary and Ron, review contingency plan for high water flows during runnoff, met at the Lift Station on ParkCenter. Met with Gary, Ron and Brent from the Wetlands, also Kelly from Parks and Clint from PDS. Controls are in place, curtains, bare ground have tackifier and beams and cells in place to reduce turbid discharges in preparation of upcoming increased flows.
