Work has not started; sewer line marked on road. Old witch's hat already in DI but will need cleaned out and the condition verified. Spoke with RP who has already ordered two new witch's hats. RP is scheduling work around rain event. Work scheduled to start 4/8. Excavation and backfill to occur in one day.
