	ESC permit sign is posted. Noted serious track out violation, appears that co ntractor did not even attempt to clean construction equipment prior to leaving the jobsite. RP was contacted and verbal correction notice was left to clean track out immediatly. trackout goes from jobsite down greyling to cananero then south to victory and is very heavy.
