talked to elizabeth hennessey, property manager. she has tried to remedy this situation by having hobson service tec out to check p tac unit. they have moved renter into different apartments and are in the process of moving renter to another unit on the south side for more sun. hobson has left a certified letter stating that unit is working properly and to full capacity. 4/7/2005 2:46:40 PM
