Re-tested items from previous correction notices on third, second and first floors, tested guest rooms on ground level, elevator devices tested okay however the second floor elevator fire door fails to close due to improper door adjustment, notification and detection devices in the common corridor ground level tested okay, still need to test and verify items on pending resubmitted plans including added SD's, co detectors, changed nac locations, added horns, and mag locks at egress doors, also provide updated map at the panel.

Two pull station addresses on the ground level are switched (#41 and 42), need to relocate one SD min. 3' away from HVAC supply diffuser in the corridor, audibility has been adjusted to the appropriate level in the mech. mezz as required, tested notification and detection devices on the ground level, 8 SD above the lobby not tested at this time due to access issues.
