All heads appear to be changed. All heads that have been spot checked matched the data sheet provided. Heads inspected included the 200 degree pendants in the computer room. No other issues have been inspected except the sprinkler head change out.

Plant manager ken goicoechea and jim ross signed for and verified the piping pressure tests, verified piping type/compatibility, color code and marking of the piping, verification of the PNID, installation and calabration of critical equipment, high level lime/sump alarm, acetone tank (seismic bracing not required per IBC), generator relief valves, compressor pressure switch verified, pressure relief verified on the discharge piping, transmission belts are of the static conducting type, piping pressure test conducted per ANSI B31.3 per documentation, matrix provided. Per jim ross the sensors will be tested monthly until a history is set and then at the manufactures recommendations. I have either verified the paper documentation or have witness the above items visually. Per Dave Hanniman a temporary occupancy is ok pending the repair of the north east exit sign/emergency light. Fire extinguishers at the field dock are to be mounted as discussed.
