The sprinkler work is complete but the existing insulation that is mounted to the underside of the roof deck is sagging. It is blocking the sprinkler coverage in some areas and/or laying on the sprinkler heads in other areas. I spoke to the property manager and suggested that she speak to dave hanniman about a possible upgrade agreement since I can't sign off due to this problem.

The construction was not complete. The contractor wanted a temporary occupancy for the classroom. I deferred him to dave hanniman for permission.

The inspection today was for the roof top garden area. The fire life safety for this area is passed. The smoke detector for the sliding window and the fire alarm as-builts are needed prior to final.
