Verbal to RP:
No later than 4/13/10 we must see that at the north end of project area either block off access and or install a stabilized construction exit. Keep up with sweeping. Also told RP to figure out how they will be stabilizing the channel that connects the three ponds. We also cannot have a active water flow in the channel until the time of achieving final stabilization with in the whole channel. Will follow up on 4/13/10AM.
