Inspected all of second floor except for east wing which was inspected by Troy Cobbley. Second floor has passed rough in. Did not inspect the corridors.

Apparently, there has been a change in the design. The drywall is not going to the deck. This leaves the entire space between the second floor ceiling and the third floor an open combustible concealed space. This space will require fire protection. Until this matter has been resolved the cover on the second floor is on hold.
