The a/v's have been lowered and function correctly. The pull stations function correctly however they respond as a zone 6 instead of a zone 1 as shown on the approved drawings. For a final the contractor needs to provide a map at the facp, as-builts with the zone change shown and testing of the duct smoke detectors as previously discussed. This includes a manometer test. The signals do go off site as verified by the fire dept responding to the testing.

Three pendant heads located along the north wall exceed the 196 sq. ft. per head as specified on the permit application and the review comments. They have not been installed as per the plans which show them at 14' apart. They are installed at 16' apart. Provide verification that the heads can remain or relocate the heads to match the approved plans. Piping can be covered anyway. I will verify additional hangers if required at the final.

The storage is limited to a maximum of 20'-0". The storage is currently at 21'-11 1/2". The storage needs to be reduced to 20'-0" or a resubmittal is required to go higher. Provide signage to limit the storage height to what ever is decided the maximum storage height will be.
