nike; Phone #: ###-#### Internet Inspection Request from: Annette Moore . The engineered structure has been built and has had no inspections. This should have had footing inspections as well all block poures. owner di work and showed me several pictures it would appear that work was done ok , But the block has ele out lets and conduit also a water line has been ran and a gas line and there were no permits for these items. I left a c/n to not cover any more work and obtain all required permits and inspections as a framing inspection could not be done. The permit will exp this month I told him I would allow another 60days. If this comes back please do not expire. 4/9/2003 4:57:55 PM

jim--re-insp; Phone #: ###-#### Internet Inspection Request from: Marsha Smylie. Posted a c/n . there are issues that need to be addressed with the shear and patio cover IE set backs, footing,nailing hold downs etc. I called contractor and told him I would need to meet him again with my supper visor George, as I do not want to keep coming back and leaving notices. With the siding re moved in some places it is appearant that it had not been nailed correctely,also there are no footings under porch and now with a string line the patio is would appear to be 6 in into set backs. 4/9/2003 4:52:33 PM
