The first time I stopped at the project the facp was not dialing out to the monitoring station. I returned acouple of hours later and the problem, wiring related, had been fixed. I verified signals with the monitoring station. I also pointed out that the manual pull station was mounted too high and the technicians had lowered at by the time I arrived for my second inspection. I notified sam rogers and mark sentenno.
