work w/o permits-ele, plm & bld...discussed with home owner the need for electrical permit...stated is flipping and electrical is being done by brother...informed Tarah that she can not pull a homeowners electrical permit for the fact that she is going to sell the house...she stated her brother is a licensed electrical contractor...gave her 5 days to get proper permits pulled or will place a stop work order on house...future inspection is scheduled for 4/16/18
