The following items need to be corrected. Door hardware on the three exit doors to be replaced with keyed bolt and non latching ada compliant hardware. An additional exit sign to be installed in basement per city approved plans. A second fire extinguisher to be provided and hung per note 11 on permit fire code review. Both extinguishers to be inspected and tagged by a certified inspection company.

Hydrostatic pressure test complete all three risers/systems. Basement system failed first attempt. Leaking vic in main area was adjusted/tightened on the spot. Basement system was pumped back up for a second test and passed.

FDC is installed. Still missing alarm monitoring, emergency lights, and heating per pervious comments. Additionally 24 hr air test passed on risers 1, 2, 3. Riser 4 did not pass dropped from 43.5 to 40 psig. No inspector test flow has been completed to date.
