Discussed the replacement of a panel in one shop and sub-feeding another shop. A 200 amp 40 circuit main breaker panel going in green shop and a 100 amp sub to 2nd shop. Concrete encased electrode exists in green shop, 2nd shop will need 2 ground rods 6' or more apart. Discussed wire sizes and types of wiring meathods for underground, burial depth, and disconnecting means for each structure.

Discussed scope of work on old house which will be a rental. Scope of work is up bath and kitchen remodel. All exposed knob and tube wiring will be removed as requested by owner. no wells to be opened up except up bath and kitchen area. Perimeter walls concrete so may surface mount conduits to required kitchen receptacles. Adding smoke detectors and will fix all life safety issues in basement. Open splice upper attic closet will be repaired.
