Verbal to concrete contractor and to RP of project. No concrete washout and wet liquid residual on flat bare ground also someone had tracked out residual off the job site. Informed RP that in the future even with finishing of project that an acceptable containment facility will be required, example kiddie pool, poly lined berm, pit, etc. Concrete to removed and cleaned up within 24 hours.
