Permit expired. I spoke with Tyler who is the engineering manager and he stated that they are moving in two months and taking the racks with them to the new location. Treasure Valley Fire agreed that the permit could be expired.

Shelby Phone #: ###-#### Phone calls weren't returned from Shelby and official was on site. I spoke to a Honk's employee and he stated that the fire extinguishers had not received their annual inspection yet. Also there is a project related fire alarm permit that has not been addressed yet.

Monitoring of the fire alarm system with ADT has not been set up yet, canopies are still missing from the sprinkler pendants and ceiling tile has been removed from the rear of the store that will need to be replaced. A re-inspection has been set up for this afternoon at the tenants request.
