Correction:
- concrete washout is approx. 75% and needs to dry and be removed. A new pit may be required if this one does not dry/evaporate.

Motel has been demolished and all debris hauled away. No activity at site, chain link fencing still installed. Motel footprint is dirt graded flat within asphalt parking lot. No sediment runoff or trackout from area. BLD permit open pending stabilization plan.

Discussed with IDS RP Seth and he stated St. Al's and engineer are working on plan. Permits still open and bond not yet released. Will continue to monitor. Permit sign posted.
