Permit posted. Construction entrance installed, and straw wattle placed below recently installed retaining wall. No violations occuring at site. Hillside vegetation and rock outcrops on site are to be left for "natural" landscaping.

Concrete washout container is now being utilized at site, and is located in staging area south of the roundabout. The roadabout is being asphalted today and curbing is installed. The southern boundary of the project at the east end has silt fence trenched in to keep any sediment out of natural drainage area within pasture.

No signifiicant fugitive dust occuring at time of inspection and no complaints received. No corrections necessary at this time.

Terraces perimeter BMPs (south border silt fence and DI bags) are installed keeping sediment on site and out of storm drains. The condos have now been landscaped. Need to determine what will occur when silt fence is removed.

The main access drive is now paved from Council Springs to Lysted. A temporary construction entrance was installed on Warm Springs for work on the north side of site. Landscaping is occuring in different phases.

Overall site is in good condition with no discharges, no fugitvie dust or other erosion issues, but some corrections are needed:

1. Improve construction entrance on Warm Springs with larger rock and longer distance as possible.
2. Sweep up trackout on Warm Springs
3. Clean up/shovel mud accumulations in gutter on access road at the Council Springs entrance.

Open areas stabilized. No further ESC inspections required on this permit. Sunnyridge #3 , see ESC14-00206, is open and actively inspected. Currently in compliance.

Final phase of Pine Tree Village is in progress. Inlets protected, trash contained. Scheduled to be done by end of summer and all ESC permits for Pine Tree Vilage will be closed once all areas landscaped/stabilized and DI bags removed.

BMPs on site. Straw wattle along Wright is not staked in, gator guard in some areas is staked and backfilled properly. Streets and sidewalks in Trailwind are clean and permit sign is posted. Trash on active projects is contained.

Correction needed before continuing with foundation:
1. New lined concrete washout is needed.
2. Stake in perimeter BMPs
3. Weekly housekeeping by ESC crew should be conducted.

Grass is not establishing in many of the data center grounds that have been hydroseeded. Layer of tacifier still keeping soil stabilized. No fugitve dust issues observed or reported.

Talked to resident adacent to Idaho Power access road and Involta easement. Claims area where new fiber optic was installed causes lots of dust issues. Also Idaho Power needs to oil/stabilize the road. Will contact Idaho environmental compliance/maintenance division to see what schedule for road maintenance is. May need to have Involta hydroseed area.
