There were no approved plans on site. I did a quick walk through and pointed out door hardware issues, a fire extinguisher that needs to be mounted and the address needs to be installed. A occupant load sign may be required as well.

The original city approved plans were not provided. All of the signals sent to the monitoring company were undefined even though I had been told that the monitoring had been set up. The phone line #2 did not report a trouble signal when disconnected. Labels need to be provided at the NAC panels and the fire sprinkler risers. See the onsite plans for devices tested on the first floor administrative area. These will need to be retested due to the signals not being sent. Also see this set of plans for room descriptions that smoke detectors had that did not match those on the plans. The NAC panels interconnection with the facp was verified for supervision. Both phone lines have separate phone numbers as well.

Todays inspection covered the fire sprinkler device interconnections with the facp which passed. Also the forward flush passed. The sprinkler contractor is going to coordinate with the fire alarm contractor the riser descriptions so they match the what is listed on the facp. Ceiling tile was missing and the zone map has not been provided yet.
