My self and George met and discused the job with contractor, The approved plan shows only a floor plan and typical cross section, the construction has an 8 foot high wall with a raised shed roof above the top plate line, and has- I joist raftes, none of this shown on plans. The plans lack adequate details, They should have adequatly illustrated construction and code compliance, so that most of the corrections could have been avoided. I left a c/n to submit plans for as built, and noted items which should be addressed and posted this on window. 5/14/2003 11:13:22 AM
